
Fruit salad with fried banana
Fills you up for a long time and smells delicious – the fried banana with the fruit salad is the highlight! The quantity is indicated for 3 hungry people for breakfast.

2 hands full | Hazelnuts |
5 pieces | Mandarins |
4 pieces | Apples |
5 pieces | Pears |
1 piece | Persimmon |
1 piece | Avocado |
1 piece | Lemon |
Squeeze the juice from one lemon and pour into a bowl. Add the raisins and nuts and soak in the mixture.
Peel the fruit, cut into mouth-sized pieces and add to the nuts and raisins. Mix again and again so that all the fruit is moistened with the lemon juice. This prevents the fruit from turning brown.
Fry the peeled bananas in a pan in butter on both sides (see photo below right). Add to the fruit salad and enjoy together!
