Roots from the oven
Oven vegetables with a difference. For 2 persons:

| 2-3 | Carrots |
| 2-3 | Beet |
| 2-3 | Parsnips |
| 3 TBSP. | Olive oil |
| Salt |
Wash the root vegetables well and peel them if necessary. Cut the washed vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Bake at 180°C fan oven for about 45 minutes.
