Low carb, high protein waffle
1 large, thick carrot, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1 cup red lentil flour, 1.5 cups rolled oats, 1 pinch salt, 3 cups water
Finely grate the carrot and chop the parsley. Mix all the ingredients together.
Leave the dough in the fridge overnight. The waffle is very easy to bake, about 9 minutes in the iron, until no more steam rises. And it comes out of the waffle iron easily.
