Raw beet with Jerusalem artichokes and ginger
Ingredients: Beet, Jerusalem artichoke and ginger.
Peel the beet and rind the Jerusalem artichokes. Place the vegetables alternately in the food processor/grater together with a piece of ginger.
Pour over the salad dressing with grapefruit and mix well.
Here with a waffle made from rice flour, buckwheat flakes and poppy seeds.
