Speculoos by Kristina Riedel
Hello dear Cyto team, I found a great speculoos recipe on the Internet at “pures Geniessen” and adapted it a little for me. I used coconut blossom sugar and it tasted really good.
Miriam asked me to send the recipe with a photo to the laboratory. Maybe it’s something for the website, so that others can make and enjoy the delicious cookies 🙂
Ingredients: 250g spelt flour, 100g coconut blossom sugar, 125g vegetable margarine, 60ml rice milk, 1 1/2 tsp speculoos spice (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom), 1/4 tsp vanilla flavoring (optional), 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder, 1 pinch of salt
Knead all the ingredients into a dough and chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Then roll out and cut out with a cookie cutter of your choice.
Bake the cookies at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, decorate the cookies with some dark chocolate coating.
I hope I can make some people happy with this delicious recipe. Best regards from Kristina Riedel
