Yesterday…
Quick breakfast: beet salad – I cooked the beet the night before. Then peeled and diced in the morning. A fine dressing made from soaked cashew nuts, dates, lemon, garlic, salt and oil.
The bread is made from a ready mix from Bauck. It’s called quick bread, is gluten-free and tastes absolutely delicious – in my opinion. 🙂
Snack at lunchtime, delicious frozen raspberries with soy sauce.
