Pumpkin and sweet potato soup
Pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger

peel

and roll the dice

First fry the onions, garlic and ginger in oil with salt.

Add the pumpkin, sweet potato and carrots. Season with curry. Pour in water. Leave to cook, stirring occasionally. After 40 minutes, puree with a hand blender. Serve hot.
