
Oven vegetables – Oven Veggies
Marinade of olive oil, salt, thyme, red pepper berries and coriander. A sauce for covering the veggies is made of olive oil, salt, thyme, red pepper and coriander.
Peel the vegetables and cut into pieces, long thin strips are good for baking. Peel and cut the veggies into strips.
Spread on the tray and brush with the marinade. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees fan oven for 40 – 60 minutes. Spread out on a baking sheet and paint the sauce onto the veggies. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 40 – 60 minutes.
