Brussels sprouts with almonds

4 TBSP. | Olive oil |
1 handful | Almonds |
1 | Onion |
1 pinch | Salt |
For 2 people as a side dish:
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in a pan with a steamer insert for 10 – 15 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Roughly chop the almonds. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onion rings and almond pieces, add the cooked Brussels sprouts after about 2 minutes and fry for a further 2 minutes.
