Brussels sprouts with almonds

Brussels sprouts are rightly regarded as a vitamin bomb: they are one of the top suppliers of vitamin C; just 100 g cover more than 100% of our daily requirement with 115 mg. Brussels sprouts also contain B vitamins, some potassium, zinc, vitamin K and fiber. Source: eatsmarter.de
