
Oven vegetables
Oven vegetables can be made from almost any vegetable. It’s easy to make and makes a wonderful dinner.

Wash the zucchinis and cut into thirds lengthways. Wash and halve the sweet potatoes. Wash the peppers, cut into quarters lengthwise and remove the seeds. Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel, halve or quarter the onions.
Brush the vegetables on the tray with oil and salt. Bake in the oven at 180° C for 50 min. bake.
