Depending on the size of the cauliflower, for 1 to 2 people. Leftovers can be made into a spread or used for a vegetable sauce.

Pinch of salt

Butter
Water
Clean and wash the cauliflower. Cover the bottom of the pan with water, season with salt, place the cauliflower head in the pan and steam over a hot flame until al dente or soft.
Optional: Heat the butter in a pan and pour over the cauliflower.
