Sauerkraut
In a pan, fry a piece of diced ginger in a little frying oil together with 1-2 diced onions and a little salt until translucent. Peel and dice 2 apples.
Add the apple pieces to the glazed onions and stir in. Add the sauerkraut and some apple juice. Simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes until the apples are soft. Tastes very tasty, warms you up nicely.
