Carrot vegetables

This delicious carrot vegetable tastes good as a main meal for dinner (for 1-2 people) or as a side dish for lunch.

Quantity Ingredients
500 g Carrots
1 bunch Parsley
300 ml Yeast-free vegetable stock
1 pinch Salt

Finely chop the parsley and fry briefly in butter or oil with salt. Add the carrots. Continue to fry while stirring. Prepare the yeast-free vegetable stock and simmer the carrots in it until they are cooked. Serve as a main course or side dish.
