Vegetable pan with coconut milk
Fry the ginger, chili, salt and lime leaves (Asia store) in roasted sesame oil.
Add the sweet potato cubes. Fry, turning again and again.
Jerusalem artichoke at mengen. Continue to fry, turning again and again. After 2-3 minutes
Fold in the celery stalk pieces. Continue to fry, turn, after another 2 minutes
Add Chinese cabbage. Fold in, sauté and then add a can of coconut milk.
Delicious with rice, quinoa or, as here, falafel.
